 Cancun Airport Transfers

Email us to add a shopping stop before going to hotel. $30 per hour or partial hour.

Stop at Superama Walmart (grocery only). The plaza also has a Sam's and La Europea Liquor store, which has the best prices in town.

$30 per hour or partial hour and must be booked in advance so we can schedule the time.

Why book with us? Here is the simple story about the Cancun Airport:

All small companies must park their vehicles in the 'jungle', a 10 minute RUN from where you will come out. Drivers 'greet' you, holding a sign. Once they have you, they run (maybe) to get their vehicle. Then, they have to drive back and get you. During that 15 minute wait, you will be bugged 1,000 times if you need a ride.

With us: I have hired staff to greet you. No other small company does this! Once they have you, they call the driver to come and get you. All the while staying with you.

The airport is a zoo at times. We provide you with a toll-free number if for any reason you can not find our staff at the airport. Check out how many others provide this.Nine out of ten companies offering transfers for Cancun on the internet hire companies like mine. All they do is earn a commission and you deal with a middle man.

You pay our driver directly the total on arrival, US Dollars or Mexican pesos.

What to expect at the airport:

Terminal 3

As you exit the airport at Terminal 3, you will see all the greeters with signs in front of you. To the right is the Coconuts Welcome Bar (more like a snack shop) and to the left is the Meeting Point (more like an outdoor lounge). The Berry Hill Baja Grill is to the left also and services the Meeting Point.

Terminal 2

If you are arriving to Terminal 2, as you exit the airport you can only go straight or to the right. Look to the right to find our greeter and your name on the sign.

Around the corner to the far right is the Meeting Bar, and past that is the snack bar and shuttle that takes you to Terminal 3.

Meeting friends on other flights

If you are arriving about the same time as your friends or family on different flights, you can meet at the Meeting Point of Terminal 3 or the Meeting Bar of Terminal 2, but we will only enter into one terminal. You can walk from one terminal to the other...it is about a 15 minute walk with luggage. There is a FREE shuttle that goes every 20 minutes between Terminal 2 and Terminal 3. I did both walk and shuttle the other day and I have to say the 7 minute wait for the shuttle was the smarter move.

FAQ

How do we find our driver?

We have uniformed staff at the airport to greet you. They hold a sign with the USA TRANSFERS logo plus your name on a sign. Our team is always around. Once we have you they call the driver who is parked in a main parking lot. All this info is on the e-voucher we send you.

Do you have child seats?

Yes we have BUT we can never guarantee having it for you. It is 99 % for sure but sometimes flights are delayed, traffic, changes in schedules etc and the vehicle with the child seat gets tied up. We do our best but sometimes things are out of our control. If you MUST have one, it is best to bring yours from home. Our child seats are the baby-style, rated for up to 40 lbs front-facing. We do not have the booster-style seats.

Who do I pay, how and when?

You pay the driver at the airport in full. Cash only in US Dollars, Canadian Dollars (1=1) or Mexican Pesos (check with driver for current exchange rate).

What if we can not find our driver or reception person?

Our staff is always there. Odds are they are just loading up another family into a vehicle. On the arrival e-voucher we will send you, there is a toll-free number for you to dial from the airport. All you need to do is pick up any one of 5 LADATEL phones within a 30 yard radius of where you will be (there is one right behind the guy selling drinks), dial the number, no coins needed and we will find him for you. All you need to do is dial the number!

Can I call this 1-800 number from my hotel to confirm my departure?

No. It is for those lost at the airport. Also your hotel will charge around $5 usd just to connect you to a 1-800 number which is forwarded to my arrival guys at the airport. They cannot help you in any way. On the e-voucher is our local number.

Will the driver have our EP card (if you ordered one)?

Yes. It is the best way for me to get you the card.

If I can get a shared van at the airport for $9 p/p 1-way and a taxi back to the airport for $20 why would I use you?

Shared vs. Private. If you are 4 or more then for sure the my private service is less. Examples:

•  A group of 4 people will cost you $65 with our Private service or $72 for Shared service ($9 p/p from the airport = $36 and then another $36 for a suburban to return you to the airport.

•  For 3 people the price is almost the same

•  For 2 you would pay about $14 more for the round trip. Is the $14 worth it to you not to wait till the van fills up at the airport and then to stop at other hotels to drop off people?

What if my flight is delayed?

Please call us from your airport. It will cost you a dollar or two but this way I can send the vehicle to do other services and return for you later.

Can you do other services such as taking us to a restaurant or to Wal-mart before going to our hotel?

Of course! Just email us your request and we will give you a quote. Wal-mart trip is an extra $30 for each hour or partial hour. Usually 1 hour is sufficient. Must be booked ahead of time.

Can you have drinks waiting for us in the vehicle?

No, sorry. The airport does not let us even bring in water. There are several places at the airport to grad a cold drink before loading into the vehicle.

How do I know you have my reservation?

You will receive two e-mails from us. One is for the arrival portion, and the other for the departure service. These two are automatically sent so you should receive them in a couple of minutes. This is just to confirm you have your order in our system. After that, we will send you two e-vouchers with all the directions, phone numbers, amounts due etc. If you do not receive either set please e-mail us.

Do you take people to other cities or just Cancun?

We take you almost anywhere! Please click on the other destinations above. Email us for a price if you don't see your town.

What is the usual tip?

$1 or $2 to the guy who greets you. Tip for the driver IF he helps you with your bags, explains things to you along the way or leaves you alone if that is what you prefer. Drivers depend HEAVILY on tips, but they know they must earn them, much like waiters. In the end, you can tip whatever, if you want and whomever you want.
