Print your voucher and bring with you to Cancun. It has all the details including our contact info if you need to make any changes.

Note: The price per adult drops when there are more adults in your group. That is because we have fixed costs to pay tolls, driver, etc. Kid prices remain the same, regardless of number of adults. Kids under the age or height listed above are free. 10 people max per vehicle regardless of ages. If you are a total of 11 people (including kids) or more, email us for a quote as you will need 2 or more vans.

Includes:

Round trip air-conditioned transportation exclusively for your group
English speaking driver, entrance fee to Chichen Itza, tolls and parking
DOES NOT include guide in Chichen-Itza 750 pesos (approx $75 USD) or a tip to the driver if warranted

Itinerary:

It is a 2 ½ hour ride there. I suggest a 7 - 10 AM departure (tour buses arrive around 12 noon and for me I would leave early at 7 or 8). Stay there for 2.5 - 3 hrs. Walk in the town, buy a few gifts, have lunch at one of the restaurants in Chichen-Itza, head back to Cancun early or go to Valladolid to see a small town. It is a great place to take a few photos in the park. It is up to you! (You get the vehicle for the length of your tour.)

ALL sites of ruins close at 5PM. Please plan your time accordingly.

TRANSPORTATION: If staying in the Riviera Maya we need to add on a service fee for pickup and drop off as follows:

Cancun, Playa Mujeres, & Bahia Petempich No extra surcharge $0
Puerto Morelos $30 per van
Playa Paraiso $40 per van
Playa del Carmen, Puerto Aventuras, Akumal & Tulum $50 per van

Option: If you want to see the Light & Sound show, your pickup time will be 11AM in the winter or 12PM in the summer. This gives you almost 3 hrs in the ruins before the show. Light Show Hours: 6PM - 7PM Winter; 8PM - 9PM Summer.

Add On option Ik Kil cenote & buffet lunch: Stop at the beautiful cenote Ik Kil to swim in the fresh waters and have a buffet lunch of traditional dishes from the Yucatan including salads, rice and beans, grilled fish, chicken in an orange sauce, pork loin done in a classic Mayan sauce, beef tips, fettuccini primavera, fresh fruit, desserts and tea or coffee. Does not include tip or other drinks. Additional cost: $12 per person

Add On option Ek Balam Ruins: Climb the ruins and see the distinct carvings up close. (Cancun, Puerto Morelos & Playa Paraiso Hotels ONLY) Additional cost: $10 per person

Add On option Coba Ruins: Climb these ruins too! This site of ruins is off the beaten path. (Playa del Carmen, Puerto Aventuras, Akumal & Tulum Hotels ONLY) Additional cost: $10 per person

You can only use biodegradable products on the reef and in cenotes. Biodegradable AfterSun, Sun Block and Insect Repellent are available for purchase here.

Cancellation/Reservation Policy

All prices are in US Dollars
Groups of 6 or more subject to larger deposits
You do not need an EP card to get the BEST prices in Cancun.
Some tours/transfers require deposit or payment in full at time of booking.
If the tour departs as scheduled it is a completed tour. If you are not on the tour on time you will be considered a no-show and therefore we will be charged. In that case, you will forfeit any deposit made.
Do not assume a tour is cancelled by rain. Only the tour operator determines if a tour is cancelled due to weather. Not even I can make that call.
This tour must be cancelled by 2:00 PM on the day BEFORE the tour in order to receive a full refund of any deposit you may have made.
Cancellations can be made by e-mail 48 hrs before your tour departs. Less than 48 hrs you are required to call our office.
You personally must speak with our staff. Do not have the hotel travel agent or concierge call. We all speak English.
We will provide you with a cancellation number. Please write it down and guard it until you have received your refund.
In most cases a refund will be issued within 48 hrs.
After 2:00 PM on the day before your tour we still may be able to cancel/refund you, but you are taking a risk. If the tour is full and the operator cannot fill your space, you will lose your deposit. So, call us whenever you can.
Our phone number in Cancun is 914-0290. It is also on the back of your EP Card and all tour e-vouchers you received. If you have any trouble dialing this number, ask the concierge or front desk staff to assist you. We are here from 7:00 AM until 8:00 PM daily and have an answering machine for the off hours.
If your tour is cancelled by the tour operator for any reason including weather, you will receive a full refund or be able to reschedule with no penalty.
You can change the date of any tour without penalty IF you call before 2:00 PM on the day before the tour.
We have the most flexible cancellation policy in Cancun and we will only keep your deposit IF we are charged by the tour operator.
