Boats are 31", 33" and 35" Bertrams with 2 fishing seats and 4 lines, out & down rigger, fish finder, stereo,
radio, VHS, GPS and all safety equipment
8 hr trips need to choose a meal option for lunch:
- Sandwiches on the boat
- Ceviche on the boat
- Tikenchik style fish on Isla Mujeres (allow 1.5 hrs for lunch)
All deep sea fishing trips from Cancun include:
- Captain
- mate
- beer or soft drinks
- tackle
- bait and gear
- fishing license ($11 p/p)
- taxes (10%)
**Hotel pick up is not included but it is easy to get to the Marina as it is right in the hotel zone. Just take a taxi or bus to Club Verano Beat at km3.5 (next to Blue Bay).
Why do I recommend this tour? Well, the marina is located on the ocean so you get to the fishing area much quicker. Most marinas are
located on the lagoon side of Cancun and it can take up to 15-30 minutes just to get to the ocean. Then you need to return the same way.
That cuts into your fishing big time. |

You go about 25 miles off shore. The owner has been fishing here for over 25 yrs! A very good friend of mine loves to fish.
He has his own boat and goes out 2-4 times a week. Whenever he has a group of people here and they all want to go fishing (his boat is not that big) he goes to the same places they do.
Fishing seasons:
All year - Barracuda, Amberjack, Grouper, Spanish Mackerel , Snapper & Shark.
April-Aug - Marlin, Sailfish, Wahoo, Mahi-Mahi and tuna
Cancellation Policy: Any tour that is cancelled before 12 noon the day before the fishing trip will result in a full
refund. Tours cancelled after 12 noon of the day before are subject to no refund. A 50% refund will be issued if we can sell the
space to someone else. So please call us. |
