FAQ:
What should we bring?
Walking shoes, a hat, camera, sunglasses, spending money for shopping.
What kind of vehicle do we get? Does it have seats, insurance?
All vehicles have a/c. If you are less than 4 adults or a family of 4 we use a car and for 4 adults or more we use a van or a suburban. The van holds 14 passengers. ALL passengers must have a seat belt. Therefore if you are 10 adults & 6 children you would need 2 vehicles. Vehicles must have Federal highway insurance & passenger insurance by law. If we are caught without it they take the vehicle. I can't speak for all companies but, the price of insurance is nothing compared to losing your van.
Is there a deposit? What are the cancellation policies?
Yes we need a deposit of $35 and the cancellation policy is 12 noon the day before the trip. WHY? Because we need to book the vehicle for the day. If we wait till 3 pm the day before to cancel the vehicle will have lost out doing services the next day. That is not fair to us or the driver who lives on tips. If cancelled in time a full refund will be issued that day.

Do we go to a check in area first?
No. You are picked up from your hotel and taken directly on the tour and dropped off at your hotel.
Who do we pay the balance to?
Directly to the driver on the day of the tour in CASH ONLY. If you want to pay more than the $35 down payment today, please go ahead and send me an e-mail letting me know you have.
Can we stay longer in one place if we like?
