FAQ's (Frequently Asked Questions)
Do I need an EP 2x1 card to book tours?
- No, if you order the Eplus card you may not have to leave a small deposit for each tour.
- If you do not order the Eplus card then deposits are required on all bookings. All deposits
are fully refundable if you cancel by 4 pm the day before (12 noon for private tours). Here
is our complete Cancellation Policy.

- Complete tour order form on tour page and pay deposit online
- Confirmation by email within 1 business day.
- Print email vouchers and bring with you to Cancun. They contain all the details and info
along with our local number.
- Pay any balance to the tour operator on day of tour.
- The e-voucher lists payment methods...each operator is different.
- Want to prepay us in full before coming down? Contact us here
- We?re the ONLY company in Cancun offering no pre-payment on tours.
- Change the date or cancel without penalty/full refund by calling us by 4 pm
the day before your tour. (Private tours are required to be cancelled by 12 noon the day before).
- If you can not make the tour and do not cancel, you only lose your deposit. With
everyone else you will lose the entire amount paid.
