Price Guarantee: We will match any competitors internet advertised price or in Cancun a published price for the identical tour. I hate to be undersold! REMEMBER, we are the ONLY company in Cancun that does not ask for payment in full at time of booking. I cannot stress this enough.

Print e-vouchers and bring them to sunny Cancun. The e-vouchers contain the tour you booked, confirmation number and reconfirms the date, name, hotel, number of people, price person, balance, general tour info along with our local number.

Do I need an EP card to book tours?

No, if you order the Eplus card you may not have to leave a small deposit for each tour.
If you do not order the Eplus card then deposits are required on all bookings. All deposits are fully refundable if you cancel by 4 pm the day before (12 noon for private tours). Here is our complete Cancellation Policy.

On the day of the tour you pay any balance to the tour operator.
The e-voucher states if credit cards can be used to pay the balances. Each operator is different.

We’re the ONLY company in Cancun offering no pre-payment on tours.
You can change the date or cancel without penalty/full refund just by calling us by 4 pm the day before your tour. (Private tours are required to be cancelled by 12 noon the day before).
If you can not make the tour and do not cancel, you only lose your deposit. With everyone else you will lose the entire amount paid.
