He was extremely helpful and was very patient with all of the questions I was asking him about Mexico and the areas we were passing through. On May 25th, we were pleased to see that Daniel had been assigned as our tour driver for the Coba, Mayan Home and Cenote excursion. I would like to say how much I enjoyed the tour we took with your company on August 10th to Tulum and Xel-Ha. It was a great trip at a reasonable price. There were definitely enough restaurants to choose from. We actually had a lot of fun picking out which restaurant we would try each night, then venturing out to find it. The card was amazing! We were so glad to have found you Brant! We must have used it at least two to three times a day everyday for meals. Give or take 20 times in 7 days. We got to pass the line at Coco Bongo's which was a major highlight (that line was nuts!).

I want to thank you for providing the e card service. We saved so much money using that card it was unbelievable. I kept a record and in the two weeks we were there we saved 1850 pesos using that card. Compared to the other Mexican resorts Cancun is very overpriced on everything, but we were able to eat gourmet meals at the Crab House every other night thanks to your card. I just wanted to thank you for providing a great service. Your team was a great help and the card was a great deal. We first used it at the Crab House which was excellent. The card paid for itself after that one meal. We used it a couple more times at Carlos and Charlies later in the week. All in all, the card was easy to use, and it probably saved us about $40. The catamaran trip to Isla Mujeres on the Lupita was probably the highlight of the vacation. The entire day, we were amazed by how much was included in the package for such a great price. We left at 7:30 not realizing how close our resort was located to Xel-ha and that we would arrive before it opened. Eduardo suggested we do Tulum first and then head on to Xel-ha. What a good idea. He toured us through Tulum, was very informative and we beat all the large touring companies -- and the heat, as well. Then he took us to Xel-ha where he also gave us excellent information on how best to get the most out of our day.

Upon arrival (which was one half-hour late) I was glad to see USA waiting with smiling faces. Our porter took our luggage and to our surprise a Dodge Status came to pick us up. Well, with a few laughs and promises to ride on top of the car..USA converted our car to a van within a few minutes. You see, I reserved, "Mom travelling solo with two kids." Two average kids would have fit, but myself at 6'0" my 14 year old at 6'0" and my 10 year old at 5'7" with three suitcases couldn't cut it. I will refer to them as American big teens in the future. The jungle tour we took was EXCELLENT. Honest..We had been on a couple other tours before but this was by far the very best. We would definitely do it again. As for the survey: More restaurants would be nice. We tried to use the card everyday as often as we could. YES I would recommend the EP Card to anyone traveling to Cancun. It made it possible for us to eat at some of the more expensive restaurants. We have been to Cancun several times and noticed prices were definitely going up in the restaurants so the card really came in handy.

We used the card three times at restaurants and saved our money the first night at OK Maguey (now Casa Maguey), which was wonderful. The mariachi band was excellent, the food was very good (my son and I had the fajitas, which were prepared at the table) and we had an excellent time. The service was excellent and we were glad we went there. They did an excellent job of making us feel welcome. We also used the card at Rosa Mexicana and the Rainforest Cafe (my 14-year-old son really wanted to eat there). No problems with using the card at either place. We particularly enjoyed eating in the courtyard at Rosa Mexicana.

The snorkeling tour with Foster from Puerto Morales was wonderful. We had an excellent time. There were only six of us on the boat so we got a lot of personal attention and instruction. He showed us a lot of the fish and we saw some squid, a barracuda, several starfish and hundreds of other fish. This was very nice and lunch was included. I appreciated the fact that he picked us up at the hotel and returned us. I would do this again for certain if we returned to Cancun. John Dietz

I have never been so impressed! We arrived in Cancun after our flight was delayed 6 hours. To my surprise there was that wonderful sign that said USA Transfers! The driver was very nice, informative and had the airconditioner running in the van when we got in.

On departure he arrived at our resort to pick us up 5 minutes early and was sure to ask if we had a great vacation. I can not say enough good things about USA Transfers, they went way above and beyond the call of duty. We are planning a return trip next year and we will definately book our transportation through USA Transfers.

Our Cancun trip was wonderful and it was mostly because of you guys! Everything went so smoothly with our airport transfers and all our tours. And Miguel our guide to Chichen Itza and Coba/Tulum/Xel-Ha was absolutely fantastic! He was so knowledgeable, willing to take time with us and answer all our questions, and customize our tour, especially by suggesting that we include Coba. Just a note to let you know that our airport pick up and Tulum/Xel-ha private excursion was magnificent. My only regret is that we had not scheduled with you on one of our prior trips to Cancun. I've been to Mexico enough to know that customer services can be a little shaky with most Mexican based companies, but the professionalism that I received via e-mail and by phone by you and your staff was outstanding. Not to mention our super-professional, knowledgeable and safe driver!! Our driver (my apologies that his name escapes me right now) was FANTASTIC! We used your transfer service to go to the Gran Bahia Principe Akumal on April 12 and to return to the airport on April 19th. The service both ways was VERY GOOD. The drivers were exceptional and helped in every way. They were on time and waiting with a sign to identify them at the airport.

The Private tour to Chichen-Itza/Ik Kil/Ek Balam with Senor Carlos was awesome. It was great and worth the cost. The fact that he had child dvd movies and the portable player made a huge difference for my 2 kids during the ride to Chichen. Mr. Carlos was very kind and professional and also handle the timing pretty well. We left all the places at the time that the buses came in and was crowded; we were always ahead of them! Hello Brant & Trina, I just wanted to send you a quick note of thanks. First and foremost, Trina, you are a lifesaver! When we had no one else to turn to, we brought our bizarre request to you and you totally came thru. Cancun is definitely not like Ohio! I don’t know what we’d have done otherwise. That was definitely a learning experience for future trips to Cancun!

Second, your van service and private trips were outstanding. We had Carlos for 2 different trips and he was a great guy. Carlos was very courteous, helpful, and generally pleasant. We only had a chance to use our ePlus cards twice on our trip, but they were well worth the money. Casa Maguey was very nice and we saved $18 per card at one dinner! Lorito Joes was a bit more touristy, but still very nice. You will be our first choice for any tour/food/van needs on future trips to Cancun. We will also recommend your services to anyone we know going to Cancun in the future.

OK Maguey's was amazing! (Now Casa Maguey's) Delicious food, fantastic atmosphere, and it was fun to meet you in person!
