Cancellation Policy
Entertainment Plus Cancun

Our cancellation policy is simple:

  • Call us by 4pm on the day before your tour and we will refund any deposit you may have made, except Private Tours which need to be cancelled by 12 noon.
  • After 4pm on the day before your tour we still may be able to cancel/refund you, but you are taking a risk. If the tour is full and the operator cannot fill your space, you will lose your deposit.
  • Private tours require cancellation by 12 noon the day before your tour.

Our phone number in Cancun is 914-0290 and is also on the back of your EP Card, and all tour e-vouchers you received. If you have any trouble dialing this number, ask the concierge or front desk staff to assist you.

If your tour is cancelled by the tour operator you will get a full refund or be able to reschedule with no penalty.

Good Faith: You can really help us, especially if you have not made a deposit on the tour, by calling to cancel the day before. It is frustrating when people don't phone and we have dispatched our driver or need to explain to the tour company that you didn't take the 30 seconds to phone.


Here are some of our competitors policies

  • Reservations cancelled more than 2 days prior to arrival date are subject to a charge of 10% of the total amount of the reservation.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours prior to arrival date or no shows are 100% non-refundable.

Here is another competitors policy

  • Over 15 days, full refund.
  • 14 to 1 days, 15% charge of the total
  • Same day and no-shows no refund

And don't forget... with all competitors you paid the full amount up front.
